Welcome to the qrcodemenu.app website. Accessing and using this website, as well as purchasing and using the QRCodeMenu — Digital Restaurant Menu module, implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.
Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of this document:
• “Website” – qrcodemenu.app
• “Product” / “Module” – QRCodeMenu — Digital Restaurant Menu
• “Client” – any individual or legal entity that purchases the product
• “User” – any person accessing the website
• “Provider” – Empreus Software (the developer of the module)
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or purchasing the module, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Product Description
QRCodeMenu is a software module for restaurants, designed to display a digital menu via QR code, with multilingual support and advanced configuration options.
The product is provided as a “lifetime” software license with a one-time payment and includes:
• free installation
• unlimited usage rights for one domain (single license)
• lifetime free updates
• technical support during the onboarding period
4. Conditions of Use
The Client is allowed to:
• install the module on their own website
• configure the product according to their needs
• request technical support within the commercial policy
The Client is not allowed to:
• distribute, sell, or sublicense the module
• modify the code for resale purposes
• use the product for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• remove copyright notices without the provider’s consent
5. Purchases and Payments
The product price is 89 EUR — one-time payment.
Online payment is processed securely using a payment card that allows online transactions.
After completing the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard — a global authentication approach for safe online transactions. This security measure redirects the user to a secure payment page (maib / paynet / or another processor), where the cardholder is authenticated using a one-time code generated for each transaction.
Refunds can only be processed to the same payment card used for the purchase.
To complete a payment, you will need to enter your card details. The transfer of this information complies with all necessary security standards. The data is encrypted and stored only on the specialized server of the payment system.
An invoice is issued upon request.
The license becomes active only after payment confirmation.
6. Refund Policy
Since this is a downloadable digital product, returns are not available once the module has been delivered.
Exceptions may be accepted only if:
• the product was delivered incorrectly
• the module cannot be used due to technical issues strictly attributable to the provider
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Technical Support
The Provider offers:
• installation support (free, one time)
• configuration guides
• free module updates
Extended support, customizations, or modifications upon request are not included in the standard purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not responsible for:
• malfunction of the Client’s server or hosting service
• technical issues caused by other plugins or themes installed by the Client
• data loss due to issues related to the user’s server
• source code modifications made by third parties
• service interruptions caused by external factors (hosting, DNS, CDN, etc.)
The product is provided “as is”, and the provider makes every effort to ensure proper functionality.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, module source code, graphics, and documentation are protected by copyright law.
Full or partial reproduction is prohibited without written consent from the provider.
10. Personal Data
Personal data processing is carried out according to the Privacy Policy.
The QRCodeMenu module does not collect or transmit personal data of consumers.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify this page at any time.
The updated version will be published on the website, and continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Any dispute will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent courts in Chișinău.
